Recently, Anhui intellectual property development center held the first overseas intellectual property dispute response training course in Hefei. Chengyin, member of Party group, deputy director of Anhui market supervision and Administration Bureau and director of Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Chen Yan, Secretary General of China Intellectual Property Research Association attended and taught lectures, and vice director of Provincial Intellectual Property Development Center presided over the opening ceremony.

Cheng Yin pointed out that this training is aimed at thoroughly implementing the spirit of the general secretary's inspection of Anhui and the important speech of the Yangtze River Delta integration development forum held in Hefei, and implementing the overall requirements of the state's overseas intellectual property disputes guidance work, improving the ability of protecting the intellectual property rights of Anhui's export oriented enterprises, and maintaining the specific measures of Anhui's "going out" enterprises' legitimate interests.

The training focused on the overseas intellectual property dispute response, and set up courses such as the situation analysis and dispute response of overseas intellectual property disputes, the early warning and patent layout of overseas patent risks, the legal practice and response of American technology control, the application practice of overseas patent trademark, cross-border e-commerce intellectual property rights and the response mechanism of investment and litigation. The training course is for 2 days, and more than 70 representatives from Hefei, Chuzhou, Wuhu, Ma'anshan, Anqing, Xuancheng, Huangshan and other cities and export-oriented production enterprises participate in the training.
