From September 28 to 29, Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office, together with Jiangsu sub center of the national overseas intellectual property dispute response guidance center and Nanjing Intellectual Property Office, held the third phase of training on overseas intellectual property risk prevention and control for export-oriented enterprises in Jiangsu Province in 2020, which is a special topic of "biomedicine and medical device industry". A total of 148 intellectual property directors and relevant responsible persons from export-oriented enterprises related to biomedicine and medical device industry in the province and representatives of intellectual property service institutions participated in the two-day online and offline synchronous training.

In this training, five experts from Zhengda Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Nanwei Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Aorui law firm, Beijing Sanju sunshine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Yiren law firm were invited to focus on the global patent mining and layout, the actual combat of intellectual property risk prevention and control, and the international cooperation in the "biomedicine and medical device industry" The intellectual property directors of Zhengda Tianqing and Nanwei medicine also shared their overseas experience in intellectual property protection with the students. After the training, 109 trainees participated in the online training test and obtained the training certificate. The form of online and offline synchronous training and testing is widely praised by students.

Next, the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office will summarize the training experience and continue to carry out overseas intellectual property risk prevention and control training around 13 advanced manufacturing clusters in Jiangsu Province in the form of combination of online and offline.
