Shenchangyu introduced several measures taken by the State Intellectual Property Office of China in protecting the rights and interests of applicants, supporting the research and research of epidemic prevention and control, supporting the resumption of work and reproduction of market subjects and strengthening international cooperation during the epidemic. In the first half of this year, both patent applications for invention and trademark applications were growing, which also showed that the innovation subjects and market subjects in the epidemic environment still have confidence. The State Intellectual Property Office of China will continue to work with intellectual property agencies in various countries and regions to deepen exchanges and cooperation, strengthen communication and coordination, jointly respond to the challenges brought by global public crisis, and promote innovation, recovery and growth.
Chen Huijing, director of Singapore Intellectual Property Office, said that in the era of globalization, intellectual property played an important role in promoting innovation and service innovation.
