From August 26 to 27, the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office, together with Jiangsu Branch of the national overseas intellectual property dispute response and guidance center, held the second online training for overseas intellectual property risk prevention and control of export-oriented enterprises in Jiangsu Province in 2020, which is a special topic of "integrated circuit industry". More than 300 people from the intellectual property directors and relevant responsible persons of enterprises in the province participated in the two-day online training and synchronous live broadcast.

The training invited five experts from China technical secondary school Longtian intellectual property operation (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., national defense intellectual property research center of Nanjing University of science and technology, NARI Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Sanju sunshine Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. and Aorui law firm to explain the global patent layout and mining, and overseas intellectual property protection issues around the "integrated circuit industry", so as to promote the development of the industry And the countermeasures, NARI Group intellectual property management experience, foreign patent application methods, industrial development research, enterprise patent operation, intellectual property risk prevention and control, overseas exhibition intellectual property risk management and coping skills. After the training, 135 trainees participated in the online training test and obtained the training certificate. Online training and testing are widely praised by trainees.

In September, the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office will hold the third phase of overseas intellectual property risk prevention training around the "biomedical industry" in the form of online and offline combination.
