On July 23, 2020, the center organized a mobilization meeting for post level employment and promotion. The meeting was presided over by chief engineer Shi Minshan, and all cadres and workers of the center attended the meeting. Xu Daxin, a fourth level researcher of the Party committee of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, attended the meeting.

   Director Wang Yali made a mobilization speech. He stressed that the post level employment and promotion work is an important measure for the center to enliven the employment system and strengthen the team building, and it is also a major event related to the growth and development of employees and their vital interests. He hoped that all employees would start from the new situation and new requirements faced by the center and stand on a higher level to understand and grasp its importance. He called for strict organization, careful arrangement, orderly operation, strict compliance with discipline, resolutely putting an end to fraud, and actively and steadily doing all kinds of work to ensure due results. We should encourage comrades who meet the requirements to actively participate in and make full preparations. We hope that through this work, we can further mobilize the enthusiasm of the cadres and workers to start a business, and promote the overall work of the center to achieve greater results.

At the meeting, deputy director Li Xiaofei announced the work plan for post level employment and post level promotion of the center, and focused on the main contents and key links.

This post grade appointment and promotion is the first post appointment after the implementation of post setting and employment method (Trial), and also a concrete practice of establishing a vigorous and dynamic employment mechanism. The center will continue to improve the personnel management mechanism, gradually establish a dynamic institutional environment in which people make the best use of their talents, can go up and down, can go in and out, and will further stimulate the endogenous power and promote the innovative development of undertakings.
