On February 3, the year-end summary and epidemic prevention and control commendation meeting of the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office was held in Beijing. He Zhimin, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Office, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He Zhimin affirmed the achievements of the Trademark Office in 2020. He pointed out that in the past year, the trademark examination and adjudication has reached a new high, the examination quality has reached a new level, and the Trademark Office has made new achievements in its work, which has been affirmed and praised by the whole system.

He Zhimin stressed that we should conscientiously study and understand the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, do a thorough study and learn deeply, understand and understand accurately, enhance political judgement, understanding and execution, persist in problem orientation and goal orientation, and systematically plan the trademark work during the 14th Five-Year.

He Zhimin put forward requirements for the next work of the trademark office. First, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the national meeting of directors of the intellectual property office and the enlarged meeting of the Party group of the State Intellectual Property Office of the Communist Party of China, reduce the registration cycle, severely crack down on malicious trademark registration and hoarding, and regulate trademark applications such as "relying on famous brands" and "rubbing hot spots", so as to improve the social satisfaction with trademark work. The second is to further strengthen the party's construction, do a good job in ideological work, strengthen the construction of political organs, strengthen the construction of work style, carry forward the "anti epidemic spirit of trademark registration hall", and carry out the "year of precision reform" and "year of team building". Third, we should continue to deepen the trademark reform, strengthen the coordinated development, establish the rapid rejection and green channel mode of trademarks, and do a good job in the trademark protection of new fields and new formats. Fourth, we should take a stronger responsibility, strictly implement the responsibility of epidemic prevention, further improve the rapid response mechanism, and consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control.
