On September 7, the State Intellectual Property Office approved to build China (Gansu) and China (Kunming) Intellectual Property Protection Center (hereinafter referred to as "Gansu protection center" and "Kunming protection center"), with 36 national intellectual property protection centers. Gansu protection center and Kunming protection center are the first intellectual property protection center in the layout construction of Gansu Province and Yunnan Province, and the fourth and fifth intellectual property protection center in the western region. It is of great significance to promote the construction of intellectual property protection system in western region, promote the protection level of intellectual property in western region and help the development of the West.

One belt, one road, is the first intellectual property protection center in Northwest China to serve the whole province. The Gansu protection center is the first intellectual property protection center in the northwest, which will be built in the northwest of China. Kunming protection center provides rapid and collaborative protection services for the biological products manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing equipment industry. By improving the service level of intellectual property, creating a good business environment, strengthening radiation and demonstration effects, and consolidating Kunming as the "bridgehead" position of China's open development for South Asia and Southeast Asia, Kunming will create a new growth pole of international trade.
