Meanwhile, in the field of judicial trial, we should promote the quick conclusion of simple cases and intermediate judgment of complex cases; in the field of rights protection services, we should provide "one-stop" services such as rapid review, quick confirmation of power and rapid protection of rights, and strive to solve the problem of "long period" of rights protection.

In terms of protection object and law enforcement standard, the implementation opinions do not distinguish the protection objects, implement the law enforcement without difference to various market subjects, and propose to unblock communication channels with domestic and foreign rights holders, protect legal rights and interests, actively carry out international cooperation and establish practical cooperation mechanism with relevant national and regional and international organizations.
