Recently, the office of the inter ministerial Joint Conference on the development of trade in services of the State Council issued five pilot experiences on deepening the innovation and development of trade in services, among which the pilot experiences such as "financing mode of intellectual property securitization" are to be replicated and popularized throughout the country. At the same time, the second batch of 20 best practice cases were compiled and distributed. Among them, Shanghai Caohejing Development Zone deepened the construction of national intellectual property service industry cluster development demonstration zone, and provided high-quality intellectual property services for the construction of science and technology innovation center, which was listed as an important part of the case of "promoting the establishment of global R & D center and open innovation platform" in Shanghai.

Deepening the pilot project of innovative development of service trade is an important deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to promote the high-quality development of trade. Since the launch of the pilot project in 2018, our bureau has guided the pilot areas to explore and innovate in the field of intellectual property. In April this year, the intellectual property operation measures of Suzhou, such as building a full chain and ecological intellectual property operation service system, have been selected into the first batch of best practice cases.

In the next step, our bureau will promote the implementation of pilot experience, promote and draw lessons from cases, give play to the supporting role of intellectual property rights, and promote the further innovation and development of service trade.
