On July 13, the first training course for intellectual property law enforcement officers of Jiangsu Province in 2020 was held in Nanjing. More than 120 law enforcement officers from 13 districts and cities of Jiangsu Province participated in the training.

In order to improve the training effect, the training adopts the combination of online self-study and centralized face-to-face teaching. Students can enter the face-to-face training after learning 32 hours online and passing the online examination. The face-to-face training adopts the method of case teaching and pays attention to practical operation. The contents include patent trademark infringement judgment, patent trademark administrative law enforcement procedures, evidence identification rules, key areas of intellectual property protection, administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation, and typical case explanation. Experts and scholars from intellectual property administrative authorities, judicial authorities, universities and other institutions are invited to give lectures Class.

The trainees of this training course are mainly the newly appointed intellectual property law enforcement officers at the grassroots level after the institutional reform. After completing the training course, the trainees must take the graduation examination. Those who pass the examination will be issued with patent administrative law enforcement certificates by the State Intellectual Property Office.
