At the meeting, the relevant persons in charge of ten enterprises made speeches respectively, mentioning that at the current stage, there are some common problems in the protection of intellectual property rights, such as low cost of violation, difficulties in investigation and evidence collection, high threshold for filing a case, cumbersome identification elements of products involved in the case, and ineffective supervision of e-commerce platform. They hope that the relevant government departments will strengthen the crackdown and punishment, so that there is no place for counterfeiting and infringement.

The tripartite units of the cooperative office said that they would fully exercise their discretion to protect the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property rights holders on the premise of legality and compliance; give full play to the role of inter provincial cooperation and communication coordination in cross regional cases and e-commerce supervision to overcome difficulties and investigate difficult cases; at the same time, the cooperative office would also give full play to the administrative criminal cooperation mechanism to realize the whole chain of intellectual property protection It is seamless.

The forum also discussed the key points of intellectual property protection work in 2021.
