On January 27, the Provincial Intellectual Property Office issued the "key points of intellectual property talent work in the whole province in 2021" (hereinafter referred to as "key points"), which defined the general requirements and key tasks of the annual intellectual property talent work.
The "key points" proposed that in 2021, Jiangsu intellectual property talent work should adhere to planning guidance and demand orientation, constantly improve the evaluation and use mechanism of intellectual property talents, deeply promote the construction of intellectual property talent training carrier, vigorously carry out intellectual property talent training, and promote the construction of high-quality intellectual property talent team, so as to provide a solid foundation for accelerating the construction of leading intellectual property Province under the new situation We need to strengthen the support and guarantee of talents.
The key points pointed out that in 2021, Jiangsu intellectual property talent work will focus on four aspects. First, we should study and draw up the development plan for intellectual property talents in the 14th five year plan, and further clarify the objectives, key tasks and safeguard measures. The second is to constantly improve the evaluation and use mechanism of intellectual property talents, improve the evaluation standard of intellectual property talents, do a good job in the evaluation and recommendation of intellectual property talents, and improve the use mechanism of intellectual property talents. The third is to further promote the construction of intellectual property talent training carrier, focusing on strengthening the construction of intellectual property discipline system, intellectual property think tank, intellectual property training base and intellectual property network education platform. Fourth, we should vigorously carry out intellectual property personnel training, focusing on the training of intellectual property administrative personnel, enterprises and institutions intellectual property personnel, and intellectual property service personnel.
The key points stressed that the Provincial Bureau and local intellectual property offices should strengthen organizational leadership, implement the division of responsibilities, strengthen department cooperation, and strengthen performance evaluation, so as to jointly promote the work of intellectual property talents in Jiangsu with high quality.
