In order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the Provincial Committee and the provincial government on the implementation of the supervision work of "double random and one public", and to implement the relevant work requirements of the State Administration of market supervision and administration of intellectual property rights, the provincial intellectual property administrative department has organized and carried out the supervision and inspection of intellectual property "double random and one public" from April to November 2020, and has made positive progress results.

The province has conducted a total of 10 items of four categories, namely, patent agency, patent authenticity, trademark use behavior, trademark agency behavior, etc. through the supervision and inspection of "double random and one public", and 66 random inspection tasks have been formulated. 17058 inspection objects are selected according to the proportion of no less than 5% of the local cities. By November 15, except 64 enterprises for injection (hanging) and marketing, the other 16994 households had completed supervision and inspection, and the results of all enterprises were backfilled with the backfill rate of 100%. The problems found in this supervision and inspection mainly focus on three aspects: the inability of the registered residence (business place), the failure to conduct the spot check involves business activities, and the existence of illegal and illegal behaviors to be dealt with later. The three industries with more concentrated problems are wholesale and retail, manufacturing, scientific research and technical services.
