On December 1, the 27th meeting of the Chinese and Japanese intellectual property bureau directors was held by video. Shenchangyu, director of the State Intellectual Property Office of China and the chief of the Japanese concession office, droguminxiu, attended the meeting. Both sides reviewed the cooperation between the two bureaus in various fields of intellectual property in the past year, and clarified the key points of cooperation in the future.
Shenchangyu said the Japanese concession office is an important partner of the State Intellectual Property Office of China. Over the years, the two sides have exchanged widely in various fields of intellectual property and achieved fruitful cooperation results. At the same time, in-depth cooperation has been carried out under the framework of cooperation between China, Japan, South Korea, the Third Bureau and the five Bureau of China, Japan, Japan and South Korea. During the novel coronavirus pneumonia, the two bureaus actively communicated and coordinated, and promoted the steady development of all cooperation projects. We hope that both sides will continue to strengthen communication and promote Sino Japanese intellectual property cooperation to enter a new stage of development.

It is hoped that the two bureaux will continue to deepen cooperation in various fields on the basis of building trust relations.
At the meeting, novel coronavirus pneumonia, the design of the inspectors, trademark, automation, patent review, human resources development, legal system and legal application were deeply exchanged. The two sides exchanged views on the new Sino crown and Japanese joint operation projects under the normalization of the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control situation.
After the meeting, both sides jointly signed the minutes of the 27th meeting of directors of the two bureaus.
