Recently, Jiangsu intellectual property bureau and Suqian Intellectual Property Bureau went to Siyang County and Shuyang County to carry out joint patent enforcement actions in Jiangsu Province and county.

Before the joint enforcement of law, Jiangsu Intellectual Property Office organized and carried out special training on the investigation and treatment of counterfeit patent, handling of irregular cases with patent mark and judgment of patent infringement. More than 300 people participated in the training in Suqian Intellectual Property Bureau, Siyang market supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Bureau), Shuyang market supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Bureau).

After the training, Jiangsu intellectual property also organized and carried out on-site law enforcement activities. More than 80 law enforcement personnel from Siyang County, Shuyang market supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Bureau) participated in joint law enforcement special actions, inspected 5 companies such as super merchants, professional markets and chain drugstores, inspected more than 2000 commodities, and seized more than 20 irregular clues for counterfeit patents and patent marks. After the law enforcement action is over, the relevant personnel of Provincial Bureau have summarized, commented and feedback the typical problems encountered in the process of law enforcement. This joint patent enforcement action effectively improved the patent enforcement ability of law enforcement personnel in Siyang County and Shuyang County. (Jiangsu)
