Zhi Suping stressed that through this round of institutional reform, intellectual property management institutions are integrated into the market supervision system, aiming at strengthening intellectual property protection. The intellectual property law enforcement officers here are shouldering the historical mission of doing a good job in intellectual property protection. They should establish a sense of the overall situation, enhance their sense of responsibility for doing a good job in intellectual property protection, be not responsible for the mission, and actively take on the responsibilities entrusted by the times, so as to ensure that Jiangsu's intellectual property protection work will continue to remain at the forefront of the country.

This training focuses on the administrative adjudication of patent infringement disputes. The system sets up courses such as the overview of patent administrative law enforcement, the interpretation of administrative law enforcement regulations of patent trademark in Jiangsu Province, the interpretation of patent claims, the determination of patent infringement, and the administrative adjudication case handling procedures. At the same time, it pays attention to practical operation, organizes simulated trials, and allows students to practice on the spot, so as to further improve the administrative adjudication case handling ability power. Experts from the State Intellectual Property Office, the court and the Provincial Intellectual Property Office were invited to give lectures.

The training course lasted for five days, and more than 100 backbone personnel from all districts, cities and counties (cities and districts) of the province participated in the training.
