In order to better serve Sino Poland economic and trade exchanges and help solve the problems and concerns of enterprises and users of both countries in the other countries' intellectual property rights, the State Intellectual Property Office of China and polish patent office decided to jointly launch the pilot project of "Sino Poland liaison mechanism".

The two bureaus will appoint an intellectual property liaison to provide consulting services on the intellectual property issues related to the business of Chinese enterprises in Poland and Poland, and provide support for the enterprises of both countries to obtain effective intellectual property protection.
